8.00 – 9.00 pm

Meet about 10 minutes before outside the Tennis courts/Sports Centre

• You can do as much of the training or as little as you like, it is entirely up to you.
  

• It is for all levels of referee Different Sessions each week – High / Low Intensity work outs

• Discuss your weekend game

• Meet other referees
  

• And get fit to referee!

The sessions at SVC will be free, however if we go in the gym the cost will be £3.50 payable to the Sports Centre. Each session will be related to referees fitness levels. I shall be updating both the RA and Cambs FA websites so please keep an eye out for further developments. (WWW.Cambsdistra.co.uk)
